COVID-19

Our Protocols & Changes

Appointments completed in-clinic will be accompanied by strict safety and screening protocols to ensure the well-being of our clients, staff, and community.

To ensure the safety of both our staff and our clients we have implemented the following changes for daily operation.

Client Screening

It’s essential we know about the status of your health, so you’ll receive an online form to be completed before your session. This form is mandatory to help us determine if you're eligible to book a session. Visit our Forms & Documents page, or click here to complete the form online.

Staff Screening

To ensure no possible COVID-19 risk, at the beginning of every shift, our staff will complete a full health screening, which includes a temperature check.

All visits will be by appointment only.

Should you wish to book an appointment for Tele-Rehabilitation or in-clinic please contact us.

Please don’t be alarmed by the change in appearance of our clinic. Be prepared for the clinic staff to look very different in our protective attire. We will be our friendly selves and make sure your appointment is as comfortable as in the past.  More protection is better than minimal protection.

Plexiglass Divider

We've installed two Reception shields on our front desk to protect you and our staff.

Minimizing Patient Overlap

Please arrive right on time for your appointment (not early, not late). We are staggering session times to limit the number of individuals in the clinic at once to minimize contact, prevent crossover of patients in the reception area, and to give us ample time to completely sanitize treatment rooms.

Protective Apparel

Staff and clients are required to wear masks at all times. All clinicians will be wearing a face shield, face masks and gloves.

Sanitization

All treatment rooms will be equipped with hand sanitizers, and we’re dedicating extra time to clean the treatment tables thoroughly after each patient. Any other surface deemed high-contact will be frequently wiped and cleaned. Frequent hand-washing will occur with anti-bacterial soap.

Restriction of Amenities

During this time, in order to reduce the amount of shared contact, we have removed all of the chairs in the waiting area, the magazines and reading material, and we will be minimizing the use of gym equipment in sessions.

Restricted Use of Washrooms

In an effort to minimize exposure and contact, we're limiting the use of our washrooms. Please arrive at the clinic knowing that you may not be able to access our washrooms during your visit.

Social Distancing

Please follow the markers and signs that have been installed on the floor as a guide of where to stand and wait.

Contactless Payment

Contactless payment options are available - please try to settle all payments in a contactless way. All receipts will be emailed.

We’ve ordered more Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are staying up to date on best practices and safety measures. Over time, we’ll be attentively listening to our clients and team to fine-tune and improve our clinic continually.
